Section: 7. ADMINISTRATOR TASKS
Subsection: 7.1 Security
Topic: Access Control Lists

The Scorecard Database uses two access control groups to manage security. In addition, selected data items are hidden for printed reports.

The two access control groups are ScoreUsers and ScoreManagers. Users added to the ScoreUsers group have Author level access with delete and create privileges. Users added to the ScoreManagers group have Editor level access with delete privileges. User names are added to these group by editing their entries in the Notes Address book. Administrators need to create these groups in the Address books on their respective servers.

Note: Sensitive financial information may be excluded from printed Scorecards. These data are visible while viewing the Scorecard only. Contact HPMD for further information.
