Thanks Lou. As you flesh these ideas out more, be wary of leaps of logic that may lose your readers. For example, in the third paragraph, what solutions become obsolete, nonprofit program solutions, or tactics for attracting employees? How does the predicament become untenable from donor mandates? What is the predicament? Think of your story-line like a ladder; if you are missing too many rungs, your reader can’t climb with you to the window. I hope this helps. Keep at it!
