Dear Colleagues,

I just wanted to pass on a kind word. David Regbock who is the new Director for Compensation started today. At his welcome lunch he talked about how impressed he was having all his equipment (PC,phone, printer, network access) up and running on the first day. He compared this experience with many of his past employers and said that we have a lot to be proud of. He also was very complimentary of our SaveNet intranet that he was able to use before starting at Save the Children to learn more about the agency.

I know that in your line of work that you often take a lot of heat when things go wrong. People get grumpy when their PC doesn't work they way they want. I appreciate the work you do and the positive affects it has on new employees who join the agency.
Thanks for all your hard work.
Justin
