We noticed that whenever anybody left the organization, we all went to the good-bye lunch. We gathered together for the grand send-off. That's pretty common. after all, lunch is the original social media. But we thought it was backwards. We should celebrate someone joining the organization and take them to a hello lunch. We could get to know each other and tell the stories about who we are and what type of organization we wanted to be.
