Brian Snover's speech at a parish meeting (2004?) at St. Francis about the Organ Committee recommendation: When a family member is passionate about something, the rest of the family needs to do what it can to make it happen. Some of our family is passionate about the new organ and has worked hard to make it happen. We need to support them.

Parallel story about the STC DMS project team's passion about adding netCommunity to the project (2008) (see https://www.blackbaud.com/online-marketing/netcommunity). Once the fundamental concern was met, we needed to get behind them and support their passion.
