Letters to a Young Manager

Cultural Resiliency, #596
LTYM >

Please note that this letter is in-process; the following are my notes

Dear Adam,
***
The one society that survived the tsunami in Indonesia, the great tsunami in 2004, had as part of their culture and was passed down from generation to generation with different rituals and other things that they had is when the ground shakes, we run to the high point.

And they survived the tsunami because they were up in the mountains away from the height of the tsunami. But if it's not part of the cultural experience, the mindset is not there for being resilient and taking action.
***
Sincerely yours,
Ed
