Letters to a Young Manager

ABC-planning, #537
LTYM >

Please note that this letter is in-process; the following are my notes

Dear Adam,
***
The need for A & B-plans, plus improvising with C-plans in preparedness and crisis management.

ABC Planning in a Crisis
  1. What will you do if a disaster or disruption occurs (A-plan)
  2. What will you do if your plan in not working (B-plan)
  3. How will you decide what to do if both A and B are derailed (C-plan)

If we do this planning well, we reduce our risk of failure when a crisis occurs; we will be prepared
***
Sincerely yours,
Ed
