|1) Celeste encouraged restaurant owner in Vila Real to offer popular local dish everyday. Owner: I know my customers; My customers only eat this dish on Tuesdays. Total failure to listen and think outside the bun (box :-)|
2) Celeste had major issue with a demanding client who called before a web launch. Her team made it more complicated than it needed to be. But she trusts the team and had left them in charge for the day. Will she follow-up and use this as a learning opportunity for her team?
