Sometimes you will get asked that question that makes you stop and say "what?" It may even come from someone on your team. That's a positive.

Rui brought this up at the 6/29/21 NetHope membership committee meeting, as something he learned from me. It's a question that's designed to get a reaction.

Who on your team will ask you a tough "poke in the eye" question? Who tells you the truth?
